1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of Velgun, a staff-scheduling service operated from England and Wales. By creating an account or interacting with a shared schedule link, you agree to these terms.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your password secure. Account owners are responsible for any staff records created within their organisation.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use Velgun to store sensitive personal data beyond what is needed to roster and contact staff. Do not attempt to circumvent rate limits, abuse the sharing features, or reverse-engineer the service.
4. Payment and cancellation
Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. Cancel any time from the Billing page — you keep paid features until the end of the current period. Refunds are handled case by case at support@velgun.com.
5. Limitation of liability
Velgun is provided as-is. We accept no liability for loss of profit, data, or business continuity beyond the amount paid for the current billing period.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
